This equipment uses vibration plates for materials feeding. It automatically distinguishes the head and tail as well as the front and back sides of cassettes by vision system. To ensure the quality of cassettes assembling, CCD vision inspection will be proceeded respectively at the stations of strip cutting, strip loading, cassettes closing. Unqualified materials will be rejected to ensure the quality and qualification rate of the final products.
