Reel to Reel Laminator LM5000

The multi-functional reel to reel laminator is used in the colloidal gold test strip production line to bond roll-shaped absorbent paper, self-adhesive labels, NC membrane and other materials onto PVC backing cards. Then the laminated products is cut into sheets of specific lengths (such as 300mm).

This product is suitable for adhesive materials with a width of 50mm to 100mm, such as NC membrane, polyester film, filter paper, etc.

Compared with traditional NC membrane laminators, this equipment features multiple workstations and the ability to be customized according to specific materials, which significantly expands its application range. The control system is composed of a programmable logic controller and a human-machine interface, which ensures high stability and supports continuous operation of the equipment.

By turning the lead screw adjustment wheel, the shifting between different products becomes simple and time-saving.

It can be produced as a single machine or connected to a production line, and the layout of the production equipment is simple.

It has a production counting function, which is convenient for production management.

It can produce approximately 40,000 test strips per hour and 320,000 test strips per day, with an annual production capacity of tens of millions to hundreds of millions of test strips.
