New Independent Quality Control System

It is recommended to coat the C line of the NC membrane with anti-DNP-BSA antibody and then label the DNP-BSA
antigen.

During the development of lateral chromatography test strips, when using the traditional independent quality
control system, it was often the case that clinical samples contained interfering substances (plasma, serum
protein – rheumatoid factor \ RF \ binding protein, heterophile antibody – Id, human anti-animal antibody HAAA,
and drugs and their metabolites, etc.), which led to unstable C-line signals and affected the result
determination. During use, blocking agents were required.
The new system links DNP with BSA and immunizes the animals. The resulting antibodies can specifically
bind to DNP without showing non-specific reactions with interfering substances in the sample such as
heterophile antibodies – Id, human anti-animal antibodies (HAMA), etc. This significantly improves the
specificity and stability of the C line.
