Equipment functions:
1) The NC membrane is manually placed into the feeding unit. The NC membrane then enters the membrane coating system (coating the CT line) through the feeding system.
2) After the CT lines are coated, they pass through the CCD vision system of the equipment. The defect positions are detected by the equipment and automatically marked.
3) After entering the drying system for drying or pre-drying, the rolls are wound up.
4) Vision system (optional): CCD detection is adopted, featuring a Japanese Keyence intelligent camera with high precision and a defect resolution of 0.1mm.
5) The membrane coating adopts imported Tecan syringe pumps, which feature high precision and an extremely long service life. The syringe pump’s accessory, the syringe, can be disassembled at any time, with low replacement costs and high cost performance.
6) The consumables for the membrane coating system, such as the three-way valve, membrane coating pen, and inlet and outlet liquid pipes, are all imported, ensuring a long service life and high efficiency.
7) The equipment operation control system adopts the android system, automatically recording parameters and production log files during the production process for easy traceability.
8) All the rollers, pressure rollers and other accessories in contact with the front side of the membrane are treated with Teflon, which causes no damage, pollution or adsorption to the membrane material and is easy to clean.
9) The material collection system adopts a tension control system, ensuring uniform tensile force to prevent damage to the NC membrane.
10) Back-suction function, facilitating the testing of small samples before production.

Expansion capacity:
The standard configuration is 4 pumps with 2 dispensing lines. It can be expanded to 15 pumps with 7 dispensing lines.
Production capacity：
It can produce uncut sheets equivalent to approximately 60,000 test strips per hour and 500,000 test strips per day, with an annual production capacity of tens of millions to hundreds of millions of test strips.
