Glass fiber cellulose membranes can be used as conjugate release pads and sample pads. The conjugate release pad combines antibodies with components such as colloidal gold, colored or fluorescent latex microspheres, or magnetic beads, or effective chemicals and surfactants through relevant processing techniques onto the surface of glass cellulose. The sample pad is used to receive the sample and uniformly transfer it to the release area of the conjugate or the analysis membrane. The specific transfer position depends on the structure of the detection device. It also has the function of filtering out particulate matter and cells from the sample.
